Fred Hearn, CEO of Hearn Construction, is deeply committed to construction excellence; a corporate philosophy he has maintained since founding the Company in 1978. He has successfully directed the company's focus from strictly residential construction to an emphasis on industrial, commercial, design/build, and tenant improvement construction projects.

An expert in construction cost accounting and office management, Ms. DeQuillettes brings more than 30 years of expert accounting and business management skills to Hearn Construction. She has spent her entire career working as office manager, accounting manager, controller and Chief Financial Officer for several mid to large sized construction firms.
