Fred Hearn, CEO of Hearn Construction, is deeply committed to construction excellence; a corporate philosophy he has maintained since founding the Company in 1978. He has successfully directed the company's focus from strictly residential construction to an emphasis on industrial, commercial, design/build, and tenant improvement construction projects.	Mr. Stankowski has been involved in the engineering and construction business for more than 27 years. He has extensive construction management experience on both Class A and Class B license projects, having worked on large multi-unit housing, commercial retail facilities with underground parking and high-rise buildings and public works projects ranging from $3 million to $120 million dollars.	An expert in construction cost accounting and office management, Ms. DeQuillettes brings more than 30 years of expert accounting and business management skills to Hearn Construction. She has spent her entire career working as office manager, accounting manager, controller and Chief Financial Officer for several mid to large sized construction firms. .
